Jim was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii, and he has served the community as a real estate agent since 1971 and as a broker since 1973. He loves helping home buyers and sellers realize their home ownership goals. Jim prides himself on his dedication to strong customer service, his real estate knowledge, and his experience in the community.

 

With an extensive background in both real estate and business management, Jim brings a personalized approach and a focus on customer service to each transaction. He was elected to the Hawaii County Council and served for 12 years, and he has owned and operated an International Dairy Queen franchise with five restaurants, a Lindall Cedar Homes distributorship, and two Century 21 franchises. He was also the owner of Kona Meat Company and Kona Marlin Center. He enjoys the challenges and opportunities that come along with working in real estate, and he is passionate about serving his clients.

 

Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exercising, traveling, and body surfing.
